Die Saga geht weiter.<br \/>\nDieses Mal geht es darum, dass sich die Millenials beschweren, dass Babyboomers einfach keine guten Kommunikatoren sind, speziell in einer offiziellen Umgebung. Und wissen Sie was? Ich muss das an die Generation Y weiter geben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Die Generation X scheint zu einer Zeit erzogen worden zu sein, in der hierarchische Strukturen der letzte Schrei waren. Jeder wusste, dass es ein Topmanagement gab und einen furchterregenden CEO mit einem makellosen Anzug und einer Krawatte, der im gro\u00dfen B\u00fcro ganz im obersten Stock sa\u00df. Aber irgendwie war es nicht vielen Personen erlaubt, diese Suite zu betreten. Alles, was sie wussten: er war derjenige, der monatlich die Gehaltsschecks unterschrieb und der jemanden f\u00fcr die quartalsweisen Bewertungen schickte. Diese Bewertungen waren meist schlecht\u2026. Es war die einzige Chance f\u00fcr sie, alles aufzuzeigen, was man schlecht gemacht hat und nichts anzuerkennen, was man richtig gemacht hat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Aber die Zeiten haben sich ge\u00e4ndert, und Millenials, die nun <a href=\"http:\/\/xnspy.com\/blog\/de\/konnen-manager-in-einer-organisation-change-agents-sein.html\">Organisationen f\u00fchren<\/a>, sind nicht von diesem Schlag. Die Organisationsstrukturen sind eher flacher. Es herrscht das Motto \u201eWork hard, play hard\u201c, sie sitzen auf ihren Beanbags und arbeiten in einem Raum. Sie feiern, wenn sie schlie\u00dflich einen B\u00fcrostuhl bekommen. Der General Manager sucht sich einen freien Stuhl und setzt sich neben den neu eingestellten Programmierer. Der Managing Director wird w\u00fctend und seufzt, wenn er feststellt, dass irgendein junger Mitarbeiter aus dem Designteam schon wieder seinen Stuhl geklaut hat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Der Unterscheid zwischen diesen beiden Szenarien ist sehr einfach:<br \/>\nIn der Organisation Generation X gibt es viel Zentralisation. Es gibt unsichtbare Grenzen, die auf jeder Managementebene bestehen. Die Juniors haben die Seniors wahrscheinlich noch nicht einmal getroffen. Die Angestellten in den unteren Hierarchieebenen sind wie die Oopmpa Loompas, die hart arbeiten m\u00fcssen und ab und einen Befehl von Willy Wonka erhalten, damit sie Bescheid wissen, wenn sich die Ausrichtung \u00e4ndert. Es gibt keine wechselseitige <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kommunikation\" rel=\"nofollow\">Kommunikation in Organisation<\/a>. Es gibt nur Befehle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In der Organisation nach Stil der Millenials arbeiten die Menschen wie selbstverst\u00e4ndlich zusammen. Die Rollen sind gut definiert, aber die Menschen spielen die Macht ihres Titels nicht aus. Jeder erkennt, dass jedes Mitglied der Organisation seinen sinnvollen Beitrag leistet.
