La zona negra definitiva que hace inc\u00f3moda una reuni\u00f3n entre jefe y empleado es la saga de las evaluaciones de rendimiento.<\/p>\n<p>He aqu\u00ed por qu\u00e9 son tan poco populares: la gente est\u00e1 de acuerdo en que las evaluaciones de rendimiento est\u00e1n <u>dirigidas por el jefe y solo muestran su punto de vista<\/u>. Reconoce los problemas que hay o no hay con los trabajadores, pero no aborda los problemas con la direcci\u00f3n o personas de autoridad. Y hay qui\u00e9nes piensan que la mayor\u00eda de los formatos de evaluaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n trucados para empezar. No hay manera de que el rendimiento de un trabajador pueda ser evaluado con estas revisiones caducas. No hay ninguna raz\u00f3n para este tipo de evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s es inc\u00f3modo porque los jefes no les dan mucha importancia. La mayor\u00eda las ve como una p\u00e9rdida de tiempo, algo que tienen que llevar a cabo para cumplir con requisitos de empresa. Ah\u00ed es donde <u>se equivocan<\/u>. Puede que \u00e9sta haya sido una manera de pensar apropiada (considerando que a nadie le apetece presentarse a ellas) pero desgraciadamente, son los jefes los que no tienen nada que perder.
