Lo peor es que no solo son los trabajadores los que han perdido inter\u00e9s sino tambi\u00e9n sus gerentes. Hasta existe un estudio que ha revelado que solamente un 35% de los gerentes en Estados Unidos est\u00e1n interesados por su trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfSabe lo que se encuentra por debajo de la mala planificaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de los gerentes? Un efecto domin\u00f3 que est\u00e1 afectando a la gente joven. El inter\u00e9s por el trabajo de un empleado es directamente proporcional al inter\u00e9s de su gerente, est\u00e1 muy influido por el inter\u00e9s del mismo.<\/p>\n<p>El futuro de los empleados parece muy oscuro en lo que respecta a papeles de liderazgo. Una encuesta realizada por Workplace Trends ha revelado que el 53% de los gerentes son extremadamente esc\u00e9pticos sobre la idea de encontrar talento adecuado para tomar la responsabilidad como futuros l\u00edderes de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.
