No entanto, existem algumas linhas de pensamento j\u00e1 pr\u00e9-definidos que podem atrapalhar o processo de tomada de decis\u00e3o objetivo \u2013 e algumas vezes o correto. N\u00f3s vamos falar sobre as 6 armadilhas mais comuns quando se trata de tomada de decis\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h2>Usando Dados como \u00c2ncora<\/h2>\n<p>Muitos gerentes usam dados existentes como uma \u00e2ncora para tomarem uma decis\u00e3o. Isso acontece porque a mente deles d\u00e1 mais \u00eanfase para a informa\u00e7\u00e3o que receberam mais recentemente. Por exemplo, se voc\u00ea ficou sabendo que as vendas ca\u00edram em 35%, voc\u00ea tenta aument\u00e1-las para 40%. Em outras palavras, seus objetivos e decis\u00f5es ser\u00e3o sempre ancorados por um dado existente.<\/p>\n<p>Evite isso ao olhar para o problema em m\u00e3os de um ponto de vista de dados e perspectivas diferentes.<\/p>\n<h2>Apegando-se ao Que Voc\u00ea Sabe<\/h2>\n<p>Outra armadilha \u2013 e esta \u00e9 talvez a mais comum \u2013 \u00e9 a prefer\u00eancia que o gerente tem de manter o status quo. Embora isso possa parecer uma decis\u00e3o que elimina o custo e o tempo associado com as mudan\u00e7as, provavelmente n\u00e3o \u00e9 a decis\u00e3o mais inteligente a longo prazo. Por exemplo, um gerente pode continuar a trabalhar com um empregado ruim porque j\u00e1 o tem na equipe h\u00e1 anos, e contratar um substituto ir\u00e1 custar tempo e recursos. Por isso, gerentes se apegam ao que j\u00e1 sabem.<\/p>\n<p>Evite esta armadilha ao avaliar as alternativas como se fossem o status quo e como se o seu status quo fosse uma alternativa.<\/p>\n<h2>A Escalada do Compromisso<\/h2>\n<p>Outra armadilha que muitas vezes resulta em desastres na tomada de decis\u00e3o \u00e9 a escalada do compromisso. Isso quer dizer que mesmo depois do gerente perceber que tomou a decis\u00e3o errada, ele se apega a ela. Por que? Primeiramente, porque n\u00e3o quer admitir que errou. E em segundo lugar, porque colocou o seu esfor\u00e7o nisso e quer esperar at\u00e9 colher os frutos&#8230; o que em muitos casos ser\u00e1 nunca. Por exemplo, demitir um empregado no exemplo mencionado acima \u00e9 admitir que tomou uma decis\u00e3o errada. E isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 bom para a sua imagem.<\/p>\n<p>Evite esta armadilha ao envolver pessoas que n\u00e3o estavam envolvidas na decis\u00e3o anterior.
