Christians celebrate Easter each year to mark the resurrection of Jesus three days after his crucifixion. The “Passion of Christ” starts with 40 days of fasting (known as Lent) and ends during the Holy Week on Easter Sunday.
In 2021, Easter Sunday falls on April 4.
According to the Gregorian calendar, Easter will always fall on Sunday between the dates March 21 and April 25. As it’s supposed to be celebrated on the first Sunday following the first full moon appearing after or on the spring equinox.
Having A Whole Week Off
Before the COVID-19 pandemic happened, families used to get together and go away for vacations on Easter.
This year, however, things might be a bit tough. Some countries, like Germany, are imposing stricter lockdowns during the Easter holidays.
There might be no hope for family members when it comes to gathering in big groups at one house. However, the US Government is yet to announce any specific details on the matter.
So, this doesn’t mean that you and your kids won’t have a week-long holiday on your hands. You might not need a monitoring app, such as XNSPY, to keep an eye on your kids. But you still need to keep them entertained and safe.
