Recently, we’ve been getting loads of new subscribers. That is really exciting news for us, because this means that we’re succeeding in reaching out to as many parents and employers as we possibly can. But our new users have been running into trouble as far as the installation process goes. So I thought I’d take out some time and explain the installation for our Android spy app. New XNSPY iPhone users, don’t fret. I’ll be getting to you guys pretty soon!
Before we begin, here’s a little advice: if you run into any sort of trouble with our app, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support. They’re always around, they never sleep and they are always happy to help you out. Nevertheless, since our blog is a conversation, I’m going to walk you through the installation process for Android step by step.
Step 1: Watch Android Installation Video Carefully
Did you know we had a video up to guide you through Android installation? In case you’ve missed it, here it is:
Watch this video very carefully. It’ll give you a clear picture of what you are about to do. You’ll know what visual cues to look for which might make things a lot simpler when you actually get around to doing it.
Once you’ve familiarized yourself with the process, lets head on to step 2.
Step 2: Insert Download Link
Now tap Go.
The application will now start to download. You can see your progress in the phone’s notification center. Once the download is complete, we can move on to the next step.
Step 3: System Task Permissions
Pull down the notifications center. Here you’ll see your completed download, “app.apk”. Tap it to start the installation. Right away, you will be prompted with a SystemTask permission request. Tap Next. You will get a second SystemTask request. Tap Next. You will now see a third System Task request. Tap Next yet again.
Your application will now begin to install.
Step 4: Setting Up XNSPY
Step 5: Finishing Up
When the application is successfully installed, tap OK. There is one more thing to make sure before you begin using XNSPY. Check that “Hide application icon” is checked. If it is unchecked, XNSPY will show up on the list of running applications on the target device, rendering the discreet feature of the software useless.
That’s all! You are all ready to start spying on Android phone.
Now everything from your target device will be recorded and uploaded to the XNSPY Control Panel. To access it, enter your email and password (this too was emailed to you on purchase!). Now you’re all set up and ready to go.
If you’ve got any more questions regarding this process or if you’re facing an unusual problem with the installation not mentioned in this blog, feel free to write to us or contact one of our Customer Support agents.
Don’t worry, iPhone users. I’ll be coming to you guys pretty soon!
