XNSPY is extremely easy to use. This section will guide you about how XNSPY works and how you can use it to monitor all your target phones or tablets remotely.
General QuestionsYou can use XNSPY on all Android device running Gingerbread 2.3 or above. Moreover, XNSPY’s Saved Video Monitoring feature works without even rooting an Android device. To avoid any hardware- or software-related discrepancies, we recommend you to visit XNSPY’s Compatibility Page.
To access videos stored on a monitored device, go to "Dashboard" on your XNSPY web account, and look for the “Videos” tab. On the "Videos" page, click on a video to download it.
To seamlessly play all the videos downloaded from the monitored device, make sure that you are using VLC player.
Video monitoring on XNSPY works with the Basic and Android Premium versions of XNSPY and requires one-time installation of the app on the target device. Make sure that XNSPY is installed and properly working on the device whose videos you want to monitor.
XNSPY requires a working internet connection on the monitored device to fetch data off it. If there is a poor internet connection, it could take a little longer to upload the videos on your web account.
