The iCloud/No-Jailbreak version doesn’t require a manual installation or Jailbreak, but you’ll need a legal consent and iCloud credentials of the person whom you wish to monitor. Also, make sure that you always have the updated iCloud credentials with you throughout your subscription period.
XNSPY No-Jailbreak requires iCloud credentials and two-factor code (if enabled) every time it accesses iCloud on the monitored device. This is a restriction from Apple to allow iCloud access only through “Trusted” devices.
XNSPY No-Jailbreak edition requires iCloud backup enabled on the monitored device. If the backup is not enabled, users may need to physically access the device to enable it. Moreover, XNSPY can only access iCloud data once its successfully uploaded on Apple’s servers.
Apple has recently introduced a new security feature that locks the iCloud account of users with any unusual activity detected. If an iCloud account gets locked while using XNSPY, users are required to enable it themselves.
When you use XNSPY No-Jailbreak, accessing monitored user’s location using their iCloud sends them an email.
XNSPY iCloud users are required to send a manual backup request from their account which they can do after every 48 hours. Under optimal conditions, the iCloud backups data every 24 hours but it could be delayed if the conditions aren’t met. For this reason, there’s a 48-hour limit set on the new backup to avoid users from sending unnecessary requests. Also, note that the new data from the monitored iCloud device will only be accessible to you upon a successful iCloud backup.
XNSPY No-Jailbreak relies on iCloud backup for its functionality which rules out the possibility of real-time monitoring.
To use XNSPY on an Android device, you’ll need a physical access to the target device for its installation. Moreover, some of XNSPY features are only compatible with rooted Android devices.
Note that XNSPY’s features supported with rooted Android devices could take a few days before they are made available on a new Android release [full features support on rooted Android Nougat 7.0 devices is work in progress].
To use WhatsApp without root, all Xnspy users are required to enable "Accessibility services" and "Read notification access" on the monitored Android devices. Also, note that, for now, you'll be receiving incoming WhatsApp messages only.
The Jailbreak iPhone spy version works with all Jailbroken iOS devices running iOS 6.0 or above (up to 9.0.3) and requires a physical access for installation.

Why do I need to inform a user about monitoring their cell phone or tablet?
Most of the U.S. states require a legal consent of the users prior to monitoring their cell phones or tablets. Even if you are the legal owner of the device that you wish to monitor, you still need the consent of the user who has your cell phone or tablet under their use, like your employees or children.
What if the monitored user changes their iCloud credentials, will I still be able to monitor them?
You will need access to the iCloud credentials every time they are changed or updated by the monitored user to continue monitoring their cell phones or tablets.
