Getting Your Child Their First Phone? Here is Something You Might Need to Get First.

Getting your child their first cell phone is always a ‘rite of passage’ sort of moment. They’re old enough to have some sort of responsibility bestowed on them. They have something to take care of, something to use responsibly and something that will come in a lot of use when need be. Yet they’re still a little too young to know what they should be using it for and why. Especially in this day and age, with the advent of smartphones, they have a lot more exposure than what the parents might have intended them to have. They have access to the entire world through the Internet and it will influence how they think, grow up and how they’ll shape up to be a person. Some unwarranted ideas, patterns and behaviors which will be cause you to be distant from them as they’ll grow up to be a totally different person than you want them to be. Do you want the upbringing of your child to be left off to strangers on the Internet? They might have good intentions too, but at the end of the day it is your child and you should decide how they are growing up. And this is why you need some sort of back up for your child’s upbringing, some sort of security measure for them. They should be able to have free thought and wiggle space for their thought, but they should always have a path guidance as they are simply not old enough to know. Cyberbullying

Bullying is Alive and Well and DagmaraPryzbyszIs an Unfortunate Reminder

You ever hear your friends or colleagues talk about bullying when they were in high school or middle school and has it ever surprised you of how bad their stories are? You always hear these stories of them being forced to have lunch alone because they got bullied. You hear how people or their friends go through incessant mental and physical abuse at the hands of their peers and wonder, why did no one step in and do anything about this? People always assume that bullying is a thing of the past because in the past, they were the ones who got bullied. Now that they’re older, they assume that bullying in education institutes does not exist anymore because they don’t experience it firsthand. People have become more empathetic and understanding but that does not mean ignorance has disappeared. Andthe devastating truth is that bullying is alive and well and 16 year old DagmaraPryzbysz had to pay with her life because of the bullying she faced. DagmaraPryzbysz Bullied for Being Polish DagmaraPrzbysz, who went to Pool Academy in Redruth, Cornwall, England, was found hanged in the school’s toilet last year. The teenager had lived in Britain with her family for nine years. Dagmara had been a target of racist taunts and bullying. She reportedly told her mother that she had overheard classmates talk about her in a derogatory way and heard them calling her a “stupid pole”. She had also told her boyfriend that she was told to go back ‘home’ and that she didn’t belong in England. (hoyoskitchen.com) Sidelined and Exlcuded You would assume that after spending 9 years in the same place, community, neighborhood and schools, and after trying to assimilate into the culture, the local people, especially yours peers who you have firsthand contact with would accept you as their own. But the sad truth for a lot of immigrants is that, even if you try to assimilate as much as possible, you will still be sidelined and you would be forced to live with your own community of people. Such as the case with Dagmara who was insulted and sidelined for being Polish. In everything but ethinicity, Dagmara was everything like her peers. She was an aspiring photographer and had already secured a place at Truro College to study photography. Friends and Family Offer Their Views Her mother, Ewelina, had told the court that her daughter had told her that she had been having trouble with the girls at school and had mentioned to her mother this incident especially a few days before her death. She told her that the girls had ‘called Dagmara names”. The mother further commented that she isn’t sure that the bullying an name calling was racist in nature but she can specifically say that Dagmara mentioned overhearing comments including “stupid pole” Most of Dagmara’s friends and her boyfriend, Lewis Simpson, went to another school. Dagmara had been taken to the ER a day before her death by her uncle after she suffered injuries from punching a wall during a PE lesson. She had told PE teacher that she was angry because the other girls were laughing at her. On the morning of her death, she had called her uncle trying to inform him of some pills she had taken but her parents still sent her to school since they saw no signs of her being physically hurt. Bullying is Alive and Well The death of Dagmara was a result of ignorance and blatant racism. She felt excluded from her peers and alone because she did not have her friends and it probably took a long time to have her take her own life. Please look out for each other and be empathetic. If you’re going through tough times and you’re about to make a drastic decision, wait and contact the Suicide Prevention Hotline. Parents, listen to your children, understand their concerns and validate their problems. Use all tools necessary to ensure your child is safe and secure, because without trying to be involved in their lives, you will never know why or what happened and you will be left wondering. Stay safe.

Apparently XNSPY Features Are Being Used Everywhere

Users have always written to us about their experiences and how they used XNSPY in various situations and how they solved their problems through its feature. If you’re scoping around, doing research and trying to determine whether XNSPY is the right choice for you, look no further, as the following as a few testimonies and personal examples people have sent in that might speak for you situation too, and might help you determine whether you need the WhatsApp spy or Facebook Spy that you’ve been hearing about. We’ve kept the testimonies short so you don’t have to go through the whole read through and bore yourself, but if you want to you can always check out the blog for more! XNSPY in Parenting “I bought XNSPY after I read up on a few blogs and realized that I couldn’t do without it after I bought it. My teenage son can be a nuisance sometimes as he spends more and more time outside the house rather than in it. This sort of behavior always keeps me worried because he just doesn’t tell me where he is sometimes and the communication between is zero. After buying XNSPY, I had a lot more assurances and a lot less worries. I used the real time tracking to see where he was heading and where he was. I don’t mind him being out, he’s growing up and he’ll sure learn a lot more outside the house than in, but now that I know where exactly he goes and what he does when he’s out. So I’m a happier person because of XNSPY!” XNSPY in Business “ …It’s like you can’t even trust people anymore! I have a few employees for a small business that I run locally, nothing too grandiose, but after a few years of working in this business, I would catch some odd numbers in our reports. It wouldn’t make any sense, we had everything in order, paid all our taxes and did all our budgeting responsibly yet chunks of money here and there were still missing. I decided to put my foot down and recalled all my employees’ devices (with the excuse for an upgrade), I returned their devices with XNSPY downloaded in all of them and I had the control panel with me. I used the WhatsApp Spy, Call Logs and Message Log Spy the most and I gotta say, I would not have ever known what was up had it not been for this lovely app. A few of employees and been stealing stock and selling it off for their own profits. I promptly fired them. Thank You XNSPY!” XNSPY in Security “XNSPY helped us get a man arrested! We had mutually agreed that having this app on our device was a smart decision as you may never know what might happen. Never in a million years did I think that I would actually need the app! Long story short, my daughter was involved in a mugging where she had to give up her bag and wallet that had all of her cards, ID card, Driving license, almost everything. They took her phone too. We were able to track the perpetrators of the crime and with the help of the police, we had got them arrested.” Hopefully you saw something in these testimonies and it hopefully convinced you enough to try it out for yourself! If you have a useful experience with it yourself, please write to us about how it helped and we’ll be sure to feature your experience on our blog.

Employee Monitoring

Why You Need to Start Keeping Track of Your Employees

The computers, devices and the network you perform your job on is almost always provided by the company or organization you work for. The companies or organizations therefore have the right to monitor your visited websites, your emails and exchanges. Employees really shouldn’t have an expectation of privacy when personal emails and internet browsing is done through the company provided phones, tablets or pcs. And given the nature of the job, the internet might be a perfect way to invade into your business or company for illegalities to occur I.e hacking, theft or intellectual property or insider trading. Sometimes employees might breach company standards and rules and might go on ahead and download unwanted material on the company assigned PC such as pornography, they might be involved in defamation of the company they work for or they might be revealing company information to competitors or to the public, which is illegal.  Employers then have a legitimate reason to amp up monitoring. Monitoring might also prove whether the employee is actually working at their job or not. The probable cause of monitoring employees based on suspicious activities of the employee gives the employer incentive enough to spy on the employee. ‘Spy’ may come off as a sinister word, but it is sometimes legal. How Do I Spy on My Employees? For example, the Telephone calls Section 184(1) of the Criminal Code makes it illegal to listen in onto someone else’s telephone calls unless you have consent from the parties in conversation. You are however free to record your own phone conversations however how companies can circumvent is by adding a little mention of the call being recorded. This mention is for the customers as well as the employees, sometimes mainly commented on as ‘’for quality assurance purposes” and even though it is a good way to track a bad call, the recording can help determine if employer suspicions about a employee were true or not. Obviously, social networking and social media might be a part of every recruiter routine when checking for employees. After interviews and reference, a good social networking check makes sure that the image presented to them is consistent to what they have presented to everyone else. XNSPY to Spy on Employees XNSPY is a tool every employer would find to be beneficial and absolutely what they’re looking for if they’re looking to track their employees activities. XNSPY is all-rounder when it comes to tracking employees’ phones or PCS, depending on what is assigned to them. Other than that, XNSPY offers real time tracking with a map and real time pin location. If you’re too busy to look at the real time movement, a log will be provided for you to check out whenever you’re free. Track your employees if you’re suspicious of unacceptable behaviors and let XNSPY help!

Samsung Galaxy Note 8: Rumors and News and Future Compatibility with XNSPY

It has been reported that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, the successor to the explosive Samsung Galaxy Note 7, will be released in September after being showcased on the 23rd of August. Even though this is still speculation, and we can’t ride off of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7’s release, which was released at Mobile World Conference, it still makes sense for Samsung to be releasing the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 ahead of Apple’s iPhone 8  launch, to get a head start in sales and hype. The new Samsung device will surely be unveiled at New York City and speculation arrives at 23rd August as the date. Apple vs Samsung Apple might fall behind because of a late release day and also because there some trouble in Paradise and Apple is facing some trouble with the upcoming iPhone 8. There is no doubt that out of the two, the IPhone 8 has much more anticipation towards but what’s interesting is that Samsung’s Galaxy Note 8 has a self-made history to it, so a hype and a buildup is present for it too. There are rumors that Apple’s iPhone 8 might face supply shortages and knowing Apple fans, many might actually be willing to put up with shortages and delays so long as they get a new iPhone. The average consumer might not be as understanding. Samsung has already gained some traction and repertoire this year after the release of the Samsung Galaxy S8, that received great reviews and proven to be a practical and popular device. Samsung is riding off of this wave of good fortune and allegedly releasing the phone earlier than the iPhone 8. Apple iPhone sales have been in decline already and even though it might still be one of the most profitable companies in the world, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 could jeopardize the iPhone if the newest installment in the series isn’t the best smartphone device on the planet. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Specs The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is expected to follow the same route as the Samsung Galaxy S8, with a bezel less screen only it will be 6.3 inches big. It doesn’t have to do anything explosive like its ill-fated predecessor, it just has to get everything right. The stylus is rumored to have been focused on this time around and we’ll see more practical use to what makes the Note series. The hardware has been improved and software customized to suit a versatile need. The price of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 could, however, make many people think twice. Maybe it’s to make up for the Note 7, maybe because Samsung’s going all out with these phones, but the price of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 s rumored to be as much as one thousand dollars. That might be a lot more than people anticipated, but the iPhone 8 is expected to cost around the same so there still will be competition. As always, XNSPY will be compatible with all latest Android and iOS devices!

Child Control

3 Ways to Maintain Control of a Problem Child

If you’re a tenured parent who has had a bright, promising and over all good kid grow up and out fly out of the nest, you might think that the same patterns will carry over with the younger sibling or siblings. Oh how mistaken you are. Say in a perfect world your first and older child was a breeze to raise, he listened to his parents and obeyed rules, got good grades and eventually grew up to be a good responsible adult. Heck, not even in a perfect world, the chances of an older sibling being the more responsible one aren’t that sleek. Now you’re so used to a good and responsible child, that you don’t pay as much as attention to your younger child and give him or her same leeway as you did with the older one. Chances are that they will take advantage of the constant leniency and will manipulate it out of you. Children today arguably are a little tougher to raise and it is not their fault, the expectations from fellow younger people, society, the burden of constant stress from school and the importance built on a superficial social media presence has made them grow up at a much faster rate, to the point that they think that they don’t even need parents. This belief will come out in constant retaliation, outright disrespect and intolerant response to being told “no” among other things. Now we aren’t saying all children are like this. Some children will go out of their way to be respectful, will follow the rules you set and more, but we’re dealing with problem children here. But the ‘problem’ in ‘problem child’ isn’t the child; it is how they were raised. Symptoms of a Problem Child Children who are disobedient, disrespectful to elders or anyone for that matter and entitled to materialistic things always have a pattern in which they were raised. This pattern stems from never being told no, being pampered because they were the ‘little one’ of the house, parent’s negligence and the assumption that children will raise themselves from the internet. The greatest factor to the birth of a problem child is the parent’s negligence. Like we said, it isn’t the child’s fault, it’s always the parent. “Mommy can I have that doll?” “Sure dear!” “Mom can I go the sleepover?” “Sure sweetie!” “Mom I’m going to be out till 2 am” “Never going to say no!” and on and on and on.  The child is so accustomed to getting what they want that the very idea of being rejected would make them breakdown in hysteria. Other symptoms would be bad grades, even though in some cases you would see otherwise. You would see complaints from the school about your child and bullying. The bullying part maybe from both sides, they could be the bully or they could be the one being bullied. 3 Ways to Deal With a Problem Child Now that you’ve identified the symptoms, you can now look into your child and check whether they have these issues. Do they have a bad temper problem? Are they too old to throw tantrums like a 3 year old would? Well, it’s time to put your foot down. Just say no. To the toy they want, to the phone they want, to the game or computer or clothes or whatever. Just say no! Sure they might be angry or frustrated with you, but this will teach them that not everything in life is available at command. They have to learn that sometimes they will not get what they want and that’s okay. They’ll also learn that you have to work for everything you want, you have to earn. If anything, it will humble them, it will take some time, but it will. The second thing, is that you should listen to them. What might seem petty or meaningless to you, might mean the world to them and really, all they might want is a place to let their emotions out and they might even forget about. Never demean their emotions if they’re distressed about something that actually means something worthy. Listen to them and offer your point of view and advice. Be involved in their life and try to take an interest in their life! Third thing is to let them solve their own problems. Do not be a a helicopter parent and fly over them whenever they have a problem. Often parents of problem children will swoop in at the slightest of inconveniences. This teaches them they someone else will always solve your problems for you and they need not worry about anything. These sort of habits breed a reliance on someone else and soon these children will find that they can’t live independently. Let them face their problems and let them bring out their decision making skills to arrive to a solution. You would actually be doing a huge favor to them. The opposite would be stripping them of independent thought, which will cause nothing but issued once they are old enough to live alone Recommended For You:   Parental Control App – Cell Phone Parental Control Software These are obviously just a few ways you can maintain control of a problem child. The other ways would obviously be needed to be deduced and assessed based on your Childs behaviors and symptoms. Your child might be under different circumstances and might need a different kind of attention. What’s important is to pay close and acute attention to your child, to notice their habits and to act accordingly if something seems off or not allowed. We’re not suggesting that you rule with an iron fist, but don’t let your kids walk all over you. To be a part of your children’s lives to a further degree, we suggest using XNSPY, a comprehensive mobile tracker app that keeps tabs on messages, incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsAppSpy, Facebook Spy, a location tracker in real time, app usage and so much more.

Internet Under Net Neutrality
NEWS, Tech

Saving the Internet Under Net Neutrality

Net Neutrality is in danger of being repealed yet again as the Federal Communications Commission and their chairman, Ajit Pai, are looking to undo all of the efforts made in 2015 of the Open Internet Order by stripping away all legal foundations. Only two years ago the Federal Communications Commission once and for all went for a completely legal move to adopt a free and open Internet by accepting the Open Internet Act and only a year ago did courts solidify movements to uphold real net neutrality proceedings. Ajit Pai has however endangered a safe and uncensored internet again by bringing the issue back. If Ajit Pai caves under Internet Service Provider pressure, the internet will never be a place of freedom, freedom of self expression and open as Internet Service Providers will create Internet fast and slow lanes. Fast lanes for those who can afford it and slow lanes, meaning slow internet speeds for anyone who can’t afford paying a higher price such as startups, schools, libraries, non-profits and almost the entire working class. The same internet service providers will then choose what website you can visit, and choose what you can’t and will censor whatever they think you shouldn’t be allowed to see. Meaning that if you haven’t bought a ‘package’ of websites, anything outside that you won’t be able to see. The Internet Under Threat: Net Neutrality Instances where regulations have been proposed to censor the internet or limit its use have been around always, such as 2012’s SOPA and 2014’s Internet Slowdown Day. These days and regulations proved that if you mess with the internet, people will protest and rise up, defending their right to a free and open internet. These regulation proposals were rejected as a result of internet outcry. And now we need to protest like never before. What Can I Do to Save The Internet? Don’t fear, you’re not alone in this as 80,000 and more internet websites including internet giants such as Google, Facebook, Amazon, Twitter, Netflix, Reddit and even some porn websites have raised their voices in protest against US telecoms regulators plan to roll back on net neutrality. Together, we need to send a strong message to the FCC that the internet was not and never will be owned by them and they have no right to mess with our rights. The internet was built on freedom of expression therefore we cannot, must not, abandon our principles to allow Internet Service Providers such as Comcast, TimeWarner, Charter etc to be the gatekeepers of the Internet, allowing us to see what they allow only after you pay them. With what you pay, you should have the entire internet to you, not just the version the ISPs have decided for you. How to Fight Internet Service Providers for Net Neutrality Some large ISPs will try and it make it look like that they support Net Neutrality but will say they just want the FCC to enforce a version of censorship laws under legal foundations to support investment for up and coming technologies. That is, for a lack of better, not true. Comcast, AT&T and any other large internet service provides know full well that if the FCC denies ISP’s pressure and declares the internet as an information service, their censorship plans will eventually fail, like last time. The same ISPs have fed millions into Congress to ensure that no real net neutrality law is passed. The FCC has to be convinced to a free and open internet where users are not discriminated by the internet providers and we certainly can’t let ISPs such as Comcast, AT&T and Charter totally overlook Title II (the actual legal arrangement for existing net neutrality rules). See Also : How Can I Track Internet History On a Cell Phone? And the fight isn’t only about consumer protection; your freedom of speech might be impeded if this pulls through. You might not be able to express your thoughts and expressions as freely as you do. The same thoughts and expressions that can be broadcasted to the entire world, where billions live as a small community. The Internet Might Become Like Cable To put it in the simplest way we can, imagine your TV and cable subscription. You know how you feel that there’s never really anything on TV and you constantly ask yourself: “Who watches this? Who is this for?”. The cable provider gives you a set of channels and you’re only allowed to view those channels unless you buy subscriptions to more. On TV, you’ll see packaged, reformed and prepared material presented to you. Anything too edgy or out of line can be fined, censored or straight up banned. It is an illusion of choice that cable providers give to consumers, and now the Internet Service Providers and want to apply the exact same methods and techniques used with cable, on the internet. The internet that they provide, which certainly means that they are not the owners of it, you are. It’s like being told how to live In your house, or rather being forced to. Internet Service Providers only want to section off, chop up and sell different parts of the internet to sell the good parts to the people who can afford the ‘good parts’. The bad parts will be for people who cannot afford the good parts. The bad parts will include throttling(sudden drop in internet speeds depending on imaginary data limits Internet Service Providers think you’ve crossed), no access to a website you want to access, so you might be left off from information that would aid in your education and learning. You will be purposefully left behind just because you can’t afford a better version of the internet; the ‘good part’. This will no doubt create rifts between the population’s growth and education and will create enmities between people who can afford a better internet package versus who cannot. We can let this happen. Raise your voice and fight! From us here

Nokia’s Newest Phone on The Market: The Nokia 3310?

The indestructible tank of a phone is back in the market with modern upgrades. The Nokia 3310 was perhaps at one time the most popular phone of all time, selling over 126 million units worldwide. With its iconic ringtone, the never ending battery life, impenetrable build and Snake 2, it became a household name and property. Nearly everyone old enough to own a phone had one.  Nokia now betting on people’s nostalgia, have revived the phone with a modern design and edge and hope people will give the phone the same love it once had. The Design The design is a homage to the iconic handset with a tweak here and there.  A camera has been added in the back and the phone has curvier edges, with much of the bulk reduced so it makes it more comfortable to be in the pocket. When you’re carrying this phone around, you won’t even notice it’s in your pocket. The slimming down has resulted in a weight of 79.6 grams, lighter than the 137 grams original.  It is still made of plastic, which keeps the price lower. Nokia purists may be disappointed in the design and would rather have it in its original design but the new design with its range of colors help bring in a new, uninitiated audience.  The design despite its criticisms is practical and comfortable. The plastic design and body isn’t just to cut costs, it provides a practical grip unlike other modern phones and users will rarely find themselves dropping the phone ( even though it would likely survive the fall). The color choice is obviously the original dark blue and new grey and yellow and warm red colors.  These colors mirror the color palette the Nokia Lumia series.  The traditional dark blue is what people prefer and would buy and it seems like Nokia knows this because that is the model that is most available. Who is the Nokia 3310 For? It is a nice design and feels fresh, but who exactly is this phone for? In this age of better and faster, why would Nokia invest in something that has a non-touch-screen display, that is only 2.4 inches big and that has a 2.4 megapixel camera, and you know the same entry level phones in the same can offer a 720p HD display? Well Nokia doesn’t have any illusions of grandeur; they know what they’re doing. This phone is clearly for people who are nostalgic. That pretty much is it. And with the $65 price tag, they hope people have nostalgia enough. Also for people who need a secondary phone to their smartphone in situations where having a smartphone might be dangerous such as a festival or any public event or even in unsafe neighborhoods, no one would go through the trouble of swiping your Nokia 3310. Verdict The Nokia 3310 2017 is a feature phone, released to fulfill nostalgia and it if you’re willing to spend $65, it is perfect for a secondary phone.

Is Your Job in Danger of Being Automated?

In today’s ultra-fast day and age, things are moving a lot faster than you previously thought since many scientists agree that we are entering the fourth industrial revolution. A revolution that could quite possibly take over your job with a better, more precise machine that provides 100% of the desired results. A future that offers perfection and precision for a cheaper price, but is the cheaper price worth the potential loss of millions of jobs? Leading companies such as Google, Facebook and Uber are trying to figure out if machines could possibly take over your job. A collective effort from researchers from the University of Oxford’s Future of Humanity Institue, AI Impacts and the Machine Intelligence  Research Institute have concluded analysis from a survey of 352 scientists determining how long it would take for a machine to take over various jobs.  Researchers predict there is a 50% chance that machines will be capable of taking over all human jobs in 120 years.” So there isn’t any sort of emergency as of yet and many of us can safely continue our jobs, “One of the biggest surprises was the overall lateness of the predictions”, says Grace. “I expected the amazing progress in machine learning in recent years, plus the fact that we were only talking to machine learning researchers, to make the estimates earlier”, one of the researchers said. So what do we look forward to in the near future? How real is unemployment by AI and where has it already taken over?  A suggestion by the survey conducted by the researches says that Artificial Intelligence will be folding our clean (or dirty, depends how you use it) by 2021, which is less than four years away. So do Laundromats around the globe have to shut down? Do people have to invest in the Foldy™? Not really. Machines that fold clothes have already existed for a while now, developed by the University of California, Berkeley, a machine that folds (neatly) towels, jeans and t-shirts. Early in development back in 2010, the machine took 19 minutes to pick up, look at and fold a single towel. Some people would already be done with a pile by then.  But then two years later, the artificial intelligence grew smart enough to fold a pair of jeans in five minutes and a t-shirt in six minutes.  What could really be the selling point of something like Foldy™, is the ability of the AI to pair socks. We truly live in the future. But despite this arguably futuristic sock talent, the AI and something like this could take a lot more time than previously anticipated. “I am a bit skeptical of some of the timelines given for tasks that involve physical manipulation, says Jeremy Wyatt, professor of robotics and artificial intelligence at the University of Birmingham. “It is one thing doing it in the lab, and quite another having a robot that can do a job reliably in the real world better than a human.” Indeed, the process behind a biological action or thought may seem seamless, but having to replicate that with a machine in the real world, having it determine what to change, how to change it in the constantly changing environment of the real world maybe too overwhelming for a machine. But jobs that do not require anything to be physically changed maybe easier for the Artificial Intelligence to learn. What About Self Driving Cars? Aren’t they Artificial Intelligence? As for automated driving and deliveries, the likes of which Google uses for its self driving cars and something Amazon Is interested in, researchers comment how the automated driving technology is much like the internet was in the 1990’s. An early developing age, even though it might work! And we all know how fast the internet evolved so the near future could very well see autonomous driving and deliveries completely take over.  Truck drivers might be taken over completely taken over by 2027 and retail jobs by 2031. The job of an assistant on the floor to help you find something or tell you where something is requiring complex physical and communication skills, something that AI might not be taking control of. Speaking further of shopping and retail, more and more people take their business online, the entire system of ordering, transactions and delivery is automated. “Look at how many transactions we now do online that are largely automated – it is a significant proportion. And they are already using a reasonable amount of AI.”  One of the researchers says. Where does AI Struggle? Perhaps the hardest job for Artificial Intelligence is the job is in reality the hardest job for humans.  Skills and tasks that take years of training and experience to perfect and hone are the hardest jobs for robots to learn as these jobs require intuitive decision making in complex environments.  Biological thinking and abstract thought and its patterns is something robots struggle with.  Medical procedures such as surgery are a mostly mechanical process that can be taken over by machines by 2050. And around the same time machines could be churning out mathematic researches in academic journals and selling New York Times best-selling novels. Google is already training its AI to write romantic novels and news articles, as a means to help it write more creatively. This Ai is intended to act as a complement to the human, rather than as a replacement.  The AI robot named Benjamin writes sci-fi scripts which sometimes is gibberish.  Automated Insights is a result of algorithms that create millions of customized articles for companies like Reuters and Associated Press.  “Automated journalism is creating content that would not have existed before, but humans still need to add context to those stories.” says Adam Smith, chief operating officer of Automated Insights.  Information is plugged according to a template, created with the help of a database and then context and information is added by humans.  Anything complex and self writing with twists and dramatics is decades
