Huge YouTube faces 30 years in Jail on charges of Child Porn Production

Warning: Explicit Content Austin Jones, 24 years old, was a YouTube singer and music producer with over 500,000 subscribers millions of views on his videos. Over the past week, the internet and YouTube community has been rattled by news revolving around Jones and him facing 30 years in prison for allegedly two felony counts( each carrying a minimum sentence of 15 years) of production of child pornography. Jones allegedly used his underage female fans for this by persuading them to prove their devotion to him by sending him lewd and inappropriate videos shot by his direction and instructions. Austin Jones was arrested on Monday at O’Hare International Airport Chicago after returning from a National tour. He faces charged in front of a federal court on Tuesday. Many reports have gone over this story on a surface level by merely saying how he was a Youtube and how he faces punishment, but now looking at the unsealed official documents, it is revealed how manipulative and disgusting Jones really was and how he maintained a predator and prey relationship with his victims. Homeland Security had a videotaped interview with Jones, who waived off his rights to remain silent and admitted to the acts. He told the investigators how “he had been in contact with several underage teenage girls through Facebook” and admitted that he “used Facebook to have sexually explicit chats with those girls”.  He further admitted that he “directed the girls to make sexually explicit videos of themselves and he told them what to do, wear and say in these videos including performing sexual acts while fully knowing that they were fourteen and fifteen years of age.” He requested that “hey send them the videos through Facebook or Apple’s iMessage service, he viewed them and masturbated while he did” It is important to into the correspondence because it is a lot worse than it really seems, unfortunately. This is not the first time Austin Jones has come under fire for his involvement with minors. Two years ago a petition was started to have his Youtube channel removed because he asked his fans to send him videos of themselves twerking. Jones, even then, admitted to the act and posted an apology video saying that he was embarrassed by the accusations of having underage fans doing suggestive dances at his request. A video of Jones allegedly instructing a girl to dance for him has also surfaced. “I’d have conversations online with girls that would involve me asking them to create a video of themselves twerking,” Jones said. “Sometimes I’d make videos of myself doing some twerk moves in return. Here’s the truth: I NEVER asked them to do anything more than send a twerking video. Nothing EVER went beyond that.” Jones said in the video In the latest videos and reports however, those apologies and explanations are moot and pointless. Let there be no illusion or misunderstanding that Jones might have thought they were older. Jones goes into disgusting details of just how he wants the videos to be made for and in these instructions, he explicitly asks the girls to mention their ages over and over. There were two victims in the charges that is he involved with, known as victim A and victim B. He told victim A: *warning: explicit content ahead “Now you need an intro to the video. At the beginning, get super close and say these lines : hey Austin, it’s (name) and this butt is (age) years old and then make it clap for 30 seconds. Got it?” Victim A: Ok so this is a real thing and you won’t post them anywhere? Jones: “Right.  I delete them after I score them” Victim A: “K, thank you” Jones:  Okay. Go make it clap super loud and talk about your age the whole time, got it? Jones: “Clap it super loud. And say these lines: I’m only (age), yeah only (age) years old, this ass is only (age) years old. He goes on further and manipulates the victim, saying Jones: In your honest opinion, do you think your butt is good enough to give guys boners? Victim A: Yes I have given guys boners with it many times Jones: It hasn’t given me a boner yet. That’s why I’m concerned. Victim A: Damn it Jones: I guess try harder!! Add more lines while you bounce if you think that will help   Victim A reportedly sent 15 videos of herself to Jones where she exposed her anus in 10 of these videos. Victim B faced the same amount of manipulation and degradation. Jones was fully aware of her age as well yet continued to pursue her despite that. He said to her: Jones: Wait…you’re 14? Victim B:  Yea I’m a youngster Jones: [Victim B’s first name], do you realize how lucky you are?!?! Jones: I seriously shouldn’t be even talking to you Victim B: Why Jones: Because you’re young Victim B: You’re young too Jones: I’m 23! A lot of the interaction between the two is just Jones courting her in a way, telling her how lucky she is that she even gets to talk to him and how she needs to prove how good of a fan she is. Also saying things like: “ think about how amazing that would be for you! To have your favorite singer spanking your ass!” and “If you’re lucky maybe I’d let you suck my dick”. Victim B replied saying “ (she) wanted to make you happy an all but I don’t want either of us getting into trouble over it,” to which he responds “ Ofcourse you can keep making videos! You’re doing a great job!” and “Nothing is going to happen” and then saying “I guess you really aren’t by biggest fan…ok then”. She then gives in saying “I’ll do as much as I can. Apple went above and beyond in the 2017 WWDC with surprises that blew everyone away; even their most die-hard of fans could not have predicted what they had in store. Apple’s keynotes have always been entertaining to say the least but this year was exceptional Here are the top products Apple revealed in their keynote: The iMac Pro The long awaited installment to the iMac pro is finally here! And with what a bang it has arrived too. The bleeding edge tech inside the iMac Pro Apple has decided upon will have even the most die-hard PC fans praising what they have brought to the table. The specs are as follows: 27 inch 5k display with advanced cooling capacity, 500 nits brightness. An AMD Radeon Pro Vega 56 GPU 8GB HBM2 memory(upgradable to Vega 64 with 16GB HBM2) Intel Xeon Processor sporting 8 cores and upgradable to 18 cores 4TB Solid State Drive 128GB DDR4 ECC RAM 1080p HD Front FaceTime camera   These specs can rival and even beat the highest end of PCs. With a yet to be announced AMD Radeon GPU and a pretty hefty CPU to boot the iMac Pro can run any modern games without a hiccup. Though complaints seem to have risen about the price with many claiming it to be over-priced. How it performs with respect to how much it costs remains to be seen. The starting price for the iMac Pro is $4999. iPad Pro Another surprise announcement, Apple went ahead and release the iPad Pro with an all-new 10.5 inch model with 10 hours of battery life and USB type C. The new 12-megapixel back camera takes dazzling pictures and it is pretty surprising just how good the result. Apple has really upped the ante with the camera in the iPad Pro, same goes for the 7-megapixel front camera that produces the same wonderful results. The iPad Pro also has new functionalities for the Apple pencil namely the ProMotion with which the latency between the screen and Apple Pencil is reduced to a mere 20 milliseconds. Apple also Speaking of the screen, the new and heavily improved Retina display is a whole lot brighter and a whole lot more vivid. They seem to have finally figured out the perfect balance between non-reflective and just the right amount of bright for their new display. Now available to order the iPad Pro starts with a 64GB model with a $649 price tag. HomePod Apple brings out the HomePod set to rival the Google Home and the Amazon Echo just as rumors predicted but its functionality does not end where it does for its competitors- no Apple went above what consumers would normally expect from such a device and made it so much more complex that it’s amazing. With a built in Siri and a special awareness the HomePod detects and plays music and/or sounds to better fit the environment it is in. Paired with Apple Music it can also play personal playlists. Siri can also be asked complex questions by the user- more music related than anything else and Siri will answer. The HomePod it seems will be a great device for personal use and can even liven up small restaurants and coffee shops. Apple has it seems surpassed its competitors with one swift stroke- on paper at least. It remains to be seen how the HomePod actually compares to its competiton. Available in two colors: White and Black, the HomePod starts at a price of $349 and will be available in December for shipping. iOS 11: Improvements and Features Galore The new update to the iOS focuses on creating a more open and social environment for the Apple user. Siri has not vastly improved speech and greater functionality. It can now help you to translate entire sentences into other languages and works now to in tandem with how and what you use your phone for. Meaning that Siri picks up on what you browse through, who you call most, text most etc and bings you options according to that data. iMessages has been revamped with how it stores messages. Instead of saving texts to local memory, it now saves to the iCloud meaning you can manage texts from a device that is logged in to your Apple ID. The new Do Not Disturb feature is a great step in the direction of safety. iOS 11 on devices now can detect whether a user is driving and accordingly turns on the Do Not Disturb mode which blocks calls and texts so that the driver is not distracted and can have a safe journey. The App Store and Apple Music have also been redesigned with being social in mind. Apple Music allows users to view what songs or playlists their friends are listening to and even go ahead and share those songs and playlists as well. The App Store brings back one of its most celebrated features: The App of the Day. This is to help bring in users to the App Store every day and that is coupled with a new How To section that explains how to use most common apps. Apple has also made it easier to find new apps with better discovery features iOS 11 heavily improves low light photography in the camera. It also now introduces the capability to better manage and edit Live Photos so you can have the most picture perfect moment you could hope for. The User Interface has been re-worked too, mainly in the control center. It now is less all over the place and relies more on the 3D Touch functionality. Something I immediately noticed was that it was so very quiet. The night was restful instead of restless, and the only him I heard was that of the flowing river, something absolutely calming. I could hours and hours listening to this silence and so realized how little connection to my should I had. Without worrying about my Facebook or Instagram or anything, there wasn’t​ a nag, a constant cloud over my head. I felt free and this is just from one week! I realize how preachy I sound, but the sensation of closing my eyes and hearing absolutely nothing is worth the eye rolls I get when recommending to people that they should try what I did.

If you have child who’s around 8-13 years old, then you’ll be lying to yourself if you say you haven’t heart of the extremely popular game: Minecraft. It is the number one obsession of almost every child in that age group and it is with good reason! Minecraft was created in 2011 by Marcus “Notch” Person as a part of the Mojang company, and it quickly a mainstream success, so much so that it made founder Notch into a billionaire. Minecraft, even after 7 years after launch, still enjoys a cult following and immense success among adults and children alike, because it offers something for both age groups. It is available on PC and most consoles for anyone who already owns a console. But what is there about Minecraft that has everyone’s attention? Minecraft is basically an open world, sandbox game, and in this sandbox you can create anything using blocks. Sort of like Lego, where you have blocks to build structures but Minecraftallows for much more imagination. It is upto the creator and what tools he uses, whether it be mining, smelting, designing circuits or using. And these creation opportunities aren’t limited to the game’s created universe where they might apply only to, but the logic and techniques are all applicable in real life! For example, when designing circuits, Minecraft introduces the AND/OR/NOT gates, which are actual logic gates used by computer scientists to design circuits. This level of education is usually introduced to kids in the 9th grade, when educators think they might be able to comprehend the concepts, but kids in Minecraft use the same logic to build intricate systems inside the game. Minecraft recognizes the potential and harbors it to full measure. Besides circuits, people have build entire replicas of cities in Minecraft. One. Block. At. A. Time. And if replicas of cities weren’t enough, entire conceptual cities have been made (with water systems and agriculture) this of architectural engineering, when introduced at such a young age can cultivate ideas and talent that can be used for real world applications. So whenever your child tries to show you what they built in Minecraft or tries to show you anything related to it, please don’t be so quick to write it off! They are proud to what they learned and what they’ve built by learning and they want you to feel the same way about them. Its easy to get jaded by being shown the same thing, but have patience because they’re doing something they’re passionate about. If they don’t have the game yet, you should really get it for them. Because they’re missing out! Minecraft is a game that truly recognizes a child’s raw imagination and takes advantage of it too by supplying the tools necessary to build The Eiffel Tower or paint the Mona Lisa or even make an entire game console inside the game. Remember how I told you that I’ll help you keep up to speed with all the aspects of smartphones and the internet? I’m going to do just that, but then I thought before we begin, I should give you the ‘big picture’ view of things that you have to expect in the coming blogs. Other times, they can be exposed to pornographic pop up ads, or worst case scenario, they could be seeking it out themselves. Today’s gadgets are nothing like we could have conceived or thought of some 10 years ago. They’re pretty unbelievable, they’re so useful, they’re beautiful and, they’re expensive. Expensive to buy and to maintain. The biggest problem with today’s most popular gadget; the smartphone is that it is so fragile! The huge screen that we stare at all day is so prone to accidents. So if you’re in the market, make sure to check out previous models whose price dramatically drops when a new phone comes out. You’ll be saving some serious money. Patience Often times, prices are cut down dramatically on gadgets when they are on sale. Take for example the famous “Black Friday” sale. Prices on gadgets, not just on smartphones are slashed by a large percentage. So many stories come up of people buying expensive phones and a day later the very same phone is available for a cheaper price. So, please, wait for sales or just be on the lookout for them. There are always sales on somewhere. Consider Buying a Second Hand Model or Refurbished The same places that sell new gadgets will also sell refurbished ones. Refurbished means that the item was once used by someone and now has been repaired and restored to its original condition. There shouldn’t be any risk of the phone or gadget to be faulty, but still there is a chance of that happening, which is why prices are low. You will save a lot of money buying the same product as refurbished instead of buying it new. One should, however ask for a warranty when buying a refurbished product, for their own convenience.
