Kindly note that features such as recording surroundings may take longer to upload due to the larger file sizes.
Please ensure there is a strong internet connection on the target device. Also, we recommend that you give the application about 12-24 hours to upload the surround recordings. Hopefully, all your logs will get uploaded.
Also, make sure that there is sufficient storage space on the device for the call recordings to be saved before uploading.
