- Please make sure that target device has an internet connection to upload the data.
- Our jailbreak Edition is compatible up to iOS 9.0.2.
For iOS devices (No Jailbreak Edition):
- Please note that our app needs iCloud backups to upload the data, so make sure that iCloud backup for the iMessages is enabled on the target device.
- Also make sure that target person is not deleting any data from the device because any data deleted prior to the backup will not be uploaded to your web account.
