- In case your target device is not connected to the internet, our app can also record the data in offline mode. It keeps operating to gather data and uploads it once the internet connection is restored.
For iOS devices:
- iCloud backup is required for our app to upload the data. Hence, ensure Kik Messenger’s backup is enabled on the target device.
- Also, ensure that no data is deleted from the target device; any data deleted before the backup will not be uploaded.
