For Android Devices:
- Ensure the target device has a stable internet connection, as it is required to upload the data.
- If the target device is not connected to the internet, our app continues to collect data and uploads it once the internet connection is restored.
For iOS devices:
- iCloud backup is needed for our app to upload the data. So, ensure that Skype Messenger’s backup is enabled on the target device.
- Also, note that any data deleted before the backup will not be uploaded. Ensure there are no deleted logs on the target device.
