For Android Devices:
- Please ensure the target device is connected to the internet so our app can upload the data.
However, if your target device is not connected to the internet, our app can still collect data in offline mode and upload it once it regains an internet connection.
For iOS devices:
- Please note that our app requires iCloud Backup to upload data, so make sure WhatsApp Messenger backup is enabled on the target device.
- Also, ensure the target person has not deleted any information before the backup, as any such data will not be uploaded.
