  • Make sure the targeted device is connected to the internet, so our app can upload the data.
  • However, if your target device is not connected to the internet, our app has the ability to record the data in offline mode as well. It keeps working in the background to collect data, which is uploaded later once the target device gets an internet connection.

For iOS devices:

  • Please note that our app requires iCloud backup to upload data, so make sure iCloud Backup for the Line app is enabled on the target device.
  • Also, ensure the target user does not delete any data from the device, as any data deleted before the backup will not be uploaded to your web account.
